I grew up in Winnsboro, Texas. I graduated from Tyler Jr. College and the University of Texas at Tyler. I have taught school for 22 years. I have taught third grade, second grade, Prek, and first grade.
I am married to Jimmy Via. We have three children. E.J. is starting college and our twin daughters, Brandi and Amber, are seniors at RHS.
I really enjoy being a teacher and could not think of anything else in this world that I would like to do. I am truly grateful to be able to be a part of the future by teaching your children.
